Booking online is easy, just follow the steps below

To complete your online booking a non-refundable deposit of £30 is required, payment is accepted online by credit/debit card using the secure online payments service of PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this facility. To complete:
 

1. Check Availability
   Click on the availability link below and check that the rooms/dates you require are available

2. Select Arrival date
   Click the box for the date/room you require

3. Enter Your Details and details of your stay
   Enter your personal details, select more than 1 room if required

4. Click the Paypal box
   This will take you to the secure Paypal pages where you can enter you credit/debit card details and send your deposit.

You will receive an email receipt from Paypal for your deposit, you will also receive a confirmation email direct from us once we have processed your booking. If you would like a written confirmation and receipt please complete the "delivery" address in Paypal.

You MUST have a confirmation of your booking from us before your arrival. If you don't receive one within 48 hours of paying your deposit please contact us.

You can if you prefer pay your deposit by sterling cheque. Please:

• Let us know you are sending a cheque when booking

• Make all cheques payable to J.HEDGER

• Send to us at Pottery House, Dores, Inverness, IV2 6TR.
