Continue down the A9 over the Kessock bridge, past Inverness football ground, over the roundabout signposted A82 Fort William and past the A96 turn to Aberdeen.

After another 1/2 mile turn off the A9 at the junction signposted B9006 for Culloden and Croy.

At the traffic lights turn left, signposted B9006 Inverness.

At the next roundabout take the second exit signposted B8082 to Hilton & Culduthel  (the first exit is the retail park and Tesco). You are now on the Inverness southern distributor road.

Go straight over all roundabouts until you reach the end of the B8082 (approx. 2 miles), at which point turn left at the roundabout, signposted B862 to Dores.

Follow this road until you reach Dores (approx. 8 miles). Once in the village at the fork in the road take the right hand fork, signposted B852 to Foyers and Inverfarigaig.

Loch Ness is now on your right hand side and Pottery House B&B is just 200yrds on the left hand side. Follow the red and yellow sign to the house, Pottery House is behind the parish hall.
